Ten days of music and shows and discovering the Celt culture in Lorient...

During the month of August, 700 000 visitors and spectators and over 4509 musicians celebrate each year the Breton and Celtic culture in Lorient in the Morbihan in Brittany.

Discover Brittany's traditions, the Bagad (bagpipes) championship, the parade broadcast on the television, bellringers and Breton dances.

Also discover the free "fest noz" (traditional festival), music workshops, conferences and concerts.  On stage and in the bars in Lorient, discover the Celtic music, bagpipes, "gaita", accordion, Celtic harp, drums and pipe bands.

Sports events also take place during the festival.  Cycle races, the CeltiCup sailing race, Golfceltrophy golf tournament or try your hand at some traditional Breton games.
